Southwest Airlines
Please go here to book your flight. Enter your Company ID (99601821) to qualify for discounted rates. Make sure your Rapid Rewards® number is included in your booking to earn points on qualifying flights and to be eligible for the Rapid Rewards bonus points promotion for this event. Qualifying discounts on eligible fares are for reservations booked through the company booking tool between October 15, 2022 - January 26, 2023 and for travel from January 26, 2023 - February 5, 2023.

At Las Vegas McCarran Airport, there are designated pick-up areas for Uber and Lyft located in the parking garages in Terminals 1 and 3. The locations are both in the tall parking structures for both Terminals 1 and 3. Be sure to notify your driver which Terminal you are at, 1 or 3.
TIP: Don't request your Uber or Lift pick-up from your phone until you arrive at the designated rideshare pick-up location as they commonly are staged and arrive quickly. It would be best if you waited until you are ready to go to make your request (bags in hand). Drivers cannot wait or circle the terminal if you are delayed.
