About InspectionWorld (IW)

InspectionWorld (IW) is an annual conference for home inspectors hosted by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI.) InspectionWorld is the largest conference for home inspectors in North America and attracts home inspectors ranging from stand-alone companies with one to two inspectors to large franchises and employee-based multi-location firms.

Educational Tracks

The educationally focused conference is offering four education tracks this year: Essentials, Advanced, Multi-Inspector and Business, and the new Industry track.
  • The Essentials Track covers the basics of various home systems and building science. These sessions provide excellent opportunities for those new to the profession. Seasoned inspectors looking to brush up on their skills or gain a fresh perspective on fundamental topics will also find these sessions beneficial.
  • The Advanced Track continues the focus on home systems. These courses dive deeper into home systems and offer insights into more specialized areas. This track provides opportunities to expand expertise and gain crucial knowledge beneficial during future inspections.
  • The Multi-Inspector and Business Track offer sessions that teach new approaches, methods, and ideologies that attendees can use to grow their business efficiently. Combining the classic Business Track with sessions devoted to multi-inspector topics, this newly developed education track will interest those looking to expand and evolve their business, with opportunities to learn insights from other firm owners.
  • The Industry Track offers our newest selection of educational offerings. This unique track features sessions from speakers from various backgrounds, including industry leaders and experts, manufacturers, and beyond. Attendees will gain perspective from every corner of the greater home inspection industry and undoubtedly gain new knowledge in these sessions.
